What to include
A few details help us fix the problem on the first reply:
- the name of the app;
- your device model and its iOS or Android version;
- the app version, found in the app's settings or in the App Store or Google Play listing;
- what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead;
- a screenshot or screen recording, if you have one.
We aim to reply within two business days.
Purchases, subscriptions and refunds
Apple and Google process all payments in our apps, so they handle cancellations and refunds.
- iPhone and iPad: manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Android: manage or cancel subscriptions in the Google Play app under Payments and subscriptions. Google's refund options are at support.google.com/googleplay.
If a purchase does not show up in the app, use the app's Restore Purchases option. If that does not work, email us with the app name and the date of the purchase.
Deleting your account
If an app has accounts, you can delete yours from inside the app, usually under Settings or Account. You can also email us with the subject "Data deletion request." Our privacy policy explains what we delete and how long it takes.
Privacy and security
For privacy questions, see our privacy policy or email us. If you think you have found a security problem in one of our apps, email us with the subject "Security" and we will look at it right away.
